Art lovers, welcome! We'll meet at the designated time at the entrance to the Casa Palma gallery in Belo Horizonte. Once we're all here, we'll venture into this residence and gallery, which houses the history and works of almost 100 local artists.
Firstly, we'll explore its 23 rooms spread across 3 floors in Casa Palma, where the manuscripts and works of the painter Fernando Palma will transport us into his inner world. Júlio Palma, the artist's son, will tell us his father's story and guide us through this enclosed space where we'll find out how Fernando changed his trajectory as a doctor to dedicate his life to art.
Throughout the visit, we'll see the works of almost 100 artists who make up the artistic collective Palma. You'll see everything here, from breathtaking paintings to sculptures, photography, texts, and even music. We'll immerse ourselves into a creative universe as vast as it is diverse in the Brazilian art scene.
After the tour of the exhibition rooms comes to an end, we'll enjoy tea, wine, or grape juice and, glass in hand, we'll make our way to the art gallery's workshop. Here, we'll sit down to learn how to channel our emotions and creativity through paint strokes. We'll provide the necessary materials so you can bring an artwork to life, which you can take with you after the workshop.
Lastly, we'll say our goodbyes after a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes to 2 hours. Until next time!
