At the designated time, we'll meet at Avenida Atlântica, and once we're ready, we'll begin this paddle surf experience in Copacabana, one of the most famous beaches in Rio de Janeiro. Are you ready?
First, the instructor will gather us at the shore to give an introduction to explain all the techniques you should keep in mind during the activity.
After understanding the theory, while the sun rays begin to appear on the horizon, we'll step into the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and paddle 328 feet (100 meters) until we get the perfect and safest position to keep our balance on the paddleboard.
As you paddle, you'll have privileged views of the Brazilian city, nestled between incredible rock formations, while you relax with the sounds of the waves. Without a doubt, the sunrise is the best time of the day to enjoy Copacabana Beach.
After putting your paddle surfing skills into practice and admiring the sunrise over Rio, we'll return to the shore to return the boards and equipment.
We'll conclude this experience after a total of 2 hours.

After finishing this activity, which will last 2 hours, we'll walk approximately 656 ft (200 m) to Ipanema, a traditional meeting point for Brazilian athletes, where you'll have 1 hour to take a dip. The site has showers and dressing rooms where you can get changed. Afterward, we'll enjoy a delicious breakfast.
Then, we'll go on a walking tour of 1 hour around the beaches of Ipanema, Arpoador, and do Diablo.
