After traveling 103 miles (166 km) from João Pessoa, we'll be welcomed by the emblematic Roliúde Nordestina sign, the name by which the mecca of cinema in Brazil is known.
Did you know that more than 30 film productions have been filmed in Cabaceiras? Among them are the films O Auto da Compadecida (2000) and Romance (2008). Undoubtedly, Cabaceiras is an ideal destination for movie buffs. We'll take a tour of the sets where these Brazilian films were shot and we'll see some buildings from the 19th century!
Then we'll go to the Lajedo de Pai Mateus, an enigmatic rock formation decorated with cave paintings, where we'll listen to the mystical legends that surround it!
