At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Teresina and head towards one of the most impressive natural wonders of Brazil. Let's go!
After almost 3 hours of driving, our first stop will be the Pedra do Castelo, a natural monument in the shape of a medieval castle that hides fascinating stories, from ancient legends to religious rituals.
We'll walk through its enormous halls, arches, and stone towers, exploring its nooks and crannies and discovering the mysteries that surround it. What's more, we'll see a set of cave paintings that reveal the presence of human beings since prehistoric times, a real open-air museum!
After approximately 2.5 hours of visiting, we'll go to the city of Castelo, where you can enjoy a typical Piaui lunch on your own.
With newfound energies, we'll enter the Poti River canyon, a natural spectacle of imposing rock walls and crystalline waters. On board a boat, we'll sail for about 45 minutes through the gorge, admiring the breathtaking scenery that surrounds us. We'll stop for a refreshing swim and take pictures of this unique enclave.
Finally, we'll head back to Teresina and say goodbye at your hotel after a total of about 10 hours of hiking.
