Salvador de Bahia Instagram Private Photo Tour
At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Plaza Thomé De Souza. Are you ready for your close-up? Accompanied by a professional photographer, we'll go to the most 'Instagrammable' places in Salvador to take unforgettable pictures of your trip.
To start, we'll see one of the main tourist attractions of the city, the Lacerda Elevator. It's the perfect place to start our photo tour of Salvador de Bahía!
This elevator was inaugurated in 1873 and is the first city elevator in the world. We'll take a ride up to enjoy breathtaking views of the Brazilian city and take pictures at this iconic site.
From here, we'll head to the Plaza Cayrú, close to the Mercado Modelo. This building, declared a National Historical and Artistic Heritage, is a must-visit to learn about Salvador and a great place to take unparalleled photos.
Other perfect places for you to pose for the camera are the Fuerte de San Marcelo, the Sé Square, or the Terreiro de Jesus, places with a great historical heritage and great beauty. We'll also see the Cathedral Basilica Primacial de San Salvador, the first archdiocese of Brazil.
In the final stretch of the photographic tour, we'll come to the historical centre of the city, also known as Pelourinho, where the backdrop for the snapshots will be the colourful houses of Salvador de Bahia. Did you know that it was here that Michael Jackson filmed the video clip for They Don't Care About Us?
We'll end the tour with a camera full of photos after almost 2 hours of sightseeing.
