Taormina and Castelmola Day Trip

We'll meet at the Messina port, to climb aboard a bus that takes us to Castelmola, a picturesque medieval village, one thousand seven hundred metres above sea level. From the panoramic viewpoint, you'll enjoy some incredible views of Mount Etna and the volcano of the same name - the tallest in Europe, and the magnificent Giardini-Naxos bay.

Then we'll explore the most important streets and spots, until we arrive to Taormina, where we'll discover the street that's central to the city: Corso Umberto, where we'll admire "Valeria" the ancient Roman road.

This historic city offers unbeatable views of the sea, with the Etna volcano in the background. And we'll make the most of our time in Taormina to visit the churches and oldest monuments, as well as the most exclusive shops, restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops where you can try a variety of delicacies (not included).

Taormina y Castelmola Day Trip + Greek Theatre

Complete your itinerary with a guided tour of the Taormina Greek Theatre, built in the 3rd century A.D. With this option, you'll have the opportunity to visit the inside of this ancient jewel, the second-largest classical theatre in Sicily.
