At 9 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Medellín. From there, we'll head to Rionegro to learn all about the properties of cannabis.
Visiting a farm specialized in the cultivation of marijuana, we'll learn about the history of this ancient plant, its trajectory in different cultures and the legalization of medicinal use in Colombia.
As we make our way through the greenhouse, we'll get to see the planting and harvesting processes and learn how CBD can reduce chronic pain, lower skin and intestinal inflammation, as well as help with anxiety.
Then, at mid-morning, we'll have a snack of strawberries and cream while the experts tell us more curiosities about hemp and the controversy behind it. Afterward, we'll observe the four-stage chemical process that takes place from germination to obtaining the perfect bud.
At the end of the tour, we'll start on our way back to Medellin, where we'll drop you off at your hotel or the departure point at 2 pm.
The tour includes pickup from hotels in the neighborhood of El Poblado. If you're staying in another part of Medellín, we'll pick you up at El Poblado Park.
