Looking for a unique culinary experience? With this activity, you'll get to enjoy the best fondue in Gramado at the Casa Di Pietro restaurant.
At the restaurant Casa Di Pietro, you'll get to choose between a delicious selection of fondues. Our Swiss experience will begin with a cheese fondue tasting, paired with bread, broccoli, Calabrese sausages, roasted potatoes with olive oil and herbs, and guava.
After this, we'll be served La Pierrat, a meat fondue on hot stones. You’ll be able to enjoy premium cuts of filet mignon, pork tenderloin, and chicken. The dish will be served with farofa, and it'll have 11 special sauces to complement it. An incredible explosion of flavours!
For dessert, you'll get to try a milk chocolate fondue. Dip fresh seasonal fruit, marshmallows, and wafer rolls in melted chocolate to create the perfect sweet treat.
After this 2-hour feast, we'll bring the experience to an end.
